New Pilates Matwork Class!
Every Wednesday, beginning 8th March, 7-8pm
Pilates matwork classes focus on the use of breath and centering to achieve controlled, flowing movements. The exercises are designed to develop core stability and strength, increase spinal mobility and improve muscular imbalances. All movement is adaptable to individual ability so come and give it a go! Space is limited to ensure the personal attention that Pilates requires, so please do book in advance.
