Mum and baby yoga

A postnatal yoga class for the mums forcusing on bringing back strength, stability cond confidence in your body, working on core and pelvic floor health in particular, as well as using relaxation and breath techniques to ease any tension. Through out the class we integrate movement and songs for the babies and always end with a relaxation to set you up for the day ahead. 

All equipment provided.  No yoga experience necessary.
