Engine Shed half-term event for autistic children

Primary tabs

Looking for activities for autistic and special needs children at half-term?
[please share]

Engine Shed is bringing its huge Brio, Tomy and Hornby trains to Station Hall at Herne Hill station again for autistic children to build and play with.

For October half-term, Engine Shed is back at the amazing Station Hall above Herne Hill railway station on Wednesday 23 October from 1pm to 3pm.

We'll have all our Brio, Tomy and Hornby trains, and you can also watch the "big trains" go by!

The Engine Shed is a special interest group for autistic children and young people who like trains. They can play, talk and enjoy their interest in a welcoming, safe and relaxing environment – and their parents can talk in a supportive atmosphere.

Please note: Unfortunately, the venue is on the 1st floor of the station building and access is via an external staircase.(there is no lift).
