Our community breathing sessions will take place every second Wednesday, starting 1st May 2019, and will be held at Station Hall Herne Hill. This is a fantastic way to relax and de-stress from the busy lives we all lead, and will give you an easy-to-access tool that you can use to support yourself every day, no matter how much you have on.
