Join Bend & Brunch on their first event on Saturday 8th September. A morning of hatha vinyasa yoga (75 minutes worth) followed by a bunch to share with your fellow yogis. All of the food is being locally sourced, either grown in London or from wonderful small, sustainable businesses...thank you Naked Larder for your beans. All equipment will be provided for yoga and our brunch will be suitable for vegans.

Come alone, come with friends. This will be a friendly, welcoming group.
