I'm a coach/counsellor/psychotherapist and I work from Yoga Point in Herne Hill.
Taking that first step to therapy can feel daunting, but opening up to someone who is trained to listen, can help you move through these feelings to create a new way of being. It’s not about fixing who we are, more about reframing and reclaiming who we want to be.
As a therapist, I work holistically with mind and body to provide a kind and open-hearted space in which to explore your life more fully. For me, therapy is all about creative collaboration and I bring warmth, and humanity into our work together.
My approach is also very down to earth. I’m there to help you clarify the issues and work with you to develop a treatment plan that best suits your needs. It might be that you have a specific issue at work or at home that needs unpacking, so you just need a small number of sessions, and some useful, practical tools to help with the situation, or perhaps you want to explore some bigger life changes, so working together over a longer period of time feels more appropriate.
