What are we looking for? 

As well as delivering outstanding care, we also provide free community education programs on  Dementia awareness and Senior Fraud. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the elderly and their care, who shares our values, knows how to network & build relationships with local community groups, Health Professionals, volunteer organisations, churches etc. and can promote the benefits of our services to the community.  

What will you be doing? 

60% of your time will be spent out in the community networking for clients and Care Staff, 25% marketing and running  events and 15% in the office.

Each monthly you will be responsible for developing & running a minimum of four community information events  and acquiring four new clients and caregivers.

Duties include researching and pursuing new referral sources, maintaining relationships with existing referral sources, documenting and reporting your progress to the Director on a weekly basis.

The Role:

  • To manage all aspects of business development
  • To build relationships within the community
  • Promote and advertise our services within the community
  • Develop and organise community based promotional events
  • To plan and maintain networking campaigns
  • Maintain and update all networking databases  
  • To achieve targets

 Person Specification

The ideal candidate will live within Wandsworth, Lambeth or Southwark, enjoy networking, have a good relationship with and knowledge of, community groups and voluntary sector organisations within the area.

 Location:  Earlsfield, Wandsworth

Job: part time- 24 hours per week

Pay - £18 per hour
