Matthew Allgood of @BrockwellParkCP Brockwell Park Community Partners explains what MADD for Brockwell Park is about during another collaboration with Herne Hill Music Festival. On Saturday Oct 11th the Festival helps bring the curtain down on MADD for Brockwell Park 2015 with three concerts.
Greenwich-based Meridian Brass perform for the development charity Practical Action at St Faith's as part of Herne Hill Music Festival on Saturday October 10th at 7:30pm. It is an event happening during the 50th year since the charity's founding. It should be a brilliant performance from a very inventive ensemble for a very inventive charity!
On Saturday, 3rd October, Lambeth Libraries opened their doors to create eleven Fun Palaces, at which local residents tried their hand at the arts and sciences, storytelling and play, exploration and adventure.
The leaves are starting to change, the days are sadly getting shorter and cooler, so yes, we must be nearing the time for the Herne Hill Halloween Party!
Mark the date in diary, get your costume and pumpkins ready and be in Station Square on Saturday 31st October from 5-7pm.
We're lucky enough to have two members of Yorkshire Life Aquatic, Dry Land Synchronised Swimming team.
They'd love you to join them, in cossies or not! You're guaranteed to have a fun time & you won't even get wet!
